Fresh Free Ranged Eggs From Howey-in-the-Hills

Our farm fresh free ranged eggs are from chickens that are fed a premium diet to ensure they are nutrient rich. We offer a range in egg sizes from small to jumbo along with a variety of colors. Our blue, green, and peach colored eggs make a great surprise. Some of our eggs have even more a uniqueness in that some have speckles! Fill your fridge with a unique twist while enjoying fresh local eggs with flavor that cannot be matched by commercial store eggs.

Our flock is made of a variety of cross breed chickens that include easter eggers, marans, ISA browns, and others. The variety of breeds provides us with the range in egg color along with egg sizes daily. The flock is cage free with a very large 2 compartment area designed for their happiness and protection. They have access to a massive area to scratch, variety of perches, and even small pond with a waterfall while still providing protection against predators. Their coop matches in size providing plenty of shelter, roosting boxes, and more perches. 

We work hard to keep our girls happy so that they produce the best eggs.

Our feeding program includes free access to unlimited premium feed that provide all the nutrients they need along with nutrient you want to have in eggs for your family. Twice a day they are provided a multi mix seed scratch that encourages natural peaking and scratching habits. The flock also receives treats such as mealworms, fresh vegetables, and blocks. We are very proud of our feeding program for our flock and happy to show off what we offer. We focus on ensuring the best nutrients are available to our flock for their health and ours. A portion of their diet is non-gmo and/or organic certified.
